Chad and Syd Hair moved to Lafayette 6 years ago from Idaho where Chad served as Worship Leader and Associate Pastor.  Together they have been youth pastors for over 12 years.  Chad is currently a Hospice Chaplain and Syd works at Purdue University at the Asian American and Asian Resource and Cultural Center.  Although they have 4 children of their own, their doors and hearts have been open to welcome many as “Ohana.”

Chad has a degree in Electromechanical Engineering from Idaho State University.  Syd received her degree in Organizational Development from Brigham Young University in Hawaii.  Together they love to travel, play games and spend time with their family.
